All customers are given website access with a valid sign on.   All updates are downloaded and applied at the click of a button.  

The tax year end is a very simple process.  The system knows when the new tax year starts as you define how many pay periods each payroll frequency has.  You can carry on processing the new tax year and produce the year end returns at your leisure.
